Using this site

Use heyutkarsh.com lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the site, access other visitors’ information, submit harmful material or attempt unauthorised access. If you send information, provide only information you are entitled to share.

What the site offers

This is Utkarsh Singh’s personal coming-soon website, with contact links, an optional booking calendar and a small balloon interaction. Features and content may change during development. The portfolio is planned for 14 February 2027; the date is an intention rather than a guarantee of every feature’s availability.

Game entries and rewards

Real score submissions and scorecard emails are available, with provisional rankings. Local development previews are separate and never create public entries. The final game rules will establish prize eligibility, validation, tie-breaking, gifts and fulfilment. Saving a provisional run does not confirm those unfinished prize terms. Client-reported timings and provisional rankings alone do not establish a right to a prize.

Email and privacy

The privacy policy explains information handling. Submitting a result requests game-related emails. Optional weekly ranking messages require a separate confirmed choice and can be turned off. Submitting a game entry does not enrol you in portfolio marketing.

External services

The calendar, social destinations and your email app are operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. I do not control their content or guarantee their availability.

Content and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original writing, design and artwork belong to Utkarsh Singh. Third-party logos, fonts and software remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. You may browse and share public links. Other copying or commercial use requires permission except where applicable law permits it.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided as available for general information. I work to keep it useful and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or an external service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
